Job Purpose:
An exciting career opportunity has become available for a Short Term Insurance Client Service Consultant to join our Customer Service Division within our dynamic Contact Centre.

Job Outputs:

• Attend to customer enquiries, complaints and grievances
• Contact new clients and underwrite policies
• Issue new policies to clients
• Data capturing
• Retention of policies

 

Qualifications:

• Matric/ Grade 12
• 30 or 120 FAIS credits as per legislation
• Regulatory Exam

 

Experience:

1-2 years customer service experience

 

Knowledge And Skills:

• Intermediate knowledge of MS office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Time management skills
• Multilingual including Afrikaans and English
