Illovo Sugar (South Africa) Ltd — Noodsberg has an opportunity for an In-Service Trainee – UG in the SHERQ Department. The primary focus for the trainee will be learning, development and control of the Environmental Management System.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possession of a recognised 3 year Environmental Management Diploma / Degree – minimum
• Computer Literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Willingness to learn & passion for working with people
• Report writing ability
• Confident self starter with ability to use initiative
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Good planning, organizational and interactive skills
• The ability to communicate at all levels
• The ability to demonstrate some leadership capabilities with ability to interact with & influence people
