• Matric a prerequisite
• Post matric studies/qualification an advantage
• Insurance qualification will be an advantage

Skills and Personal Attributes

Experience and Skills
• 2 years experience preferably within a New Business environment in Life Insurance Industry
• IMPORTANT: Good Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel etc)
• Exposure in dealing with Policyholders and Intermediaries
• Good Communication skills and telephone etiquette
• General knowledge of insurance legislation/rules
• Time Management Skills
• RE qualification will be an advantage

• Confident and assertive with positive attitude
• Flexible and adaptable in changing and challenging circumstances
• Fast learner with the ability to rapidly assimilate and utilize new information and skills
• High level of accuracy and be able to operate efficiently under pressure
• Must be able to work independently

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be self-motivated
• Analytical and be able to make prudent business decisions
