Our client in the telecommunications sector is on the lookout for an Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Manager. The purpose of this position will be to drive employee transformation communications, measure employee engagement and develop positive employee relations strategies. .

Minimum Requirements
Matric and a 3 year Degree in Communications or Marketing
At least 5 to 8 years exerience in communications or change management
Job Specification
Leading, implementing and driving transformation communications internally
Measuring employee engagement activities
Develoing positive employee relations strategies and retention initiatives
Driving communication initiatives and programmes by creating multimedia messages
Creating, implementing and continually enhancing an internal information platform
Prioritising communications needs and setting communications plans
Launching special programmes and events
Assessing the organisational climate through employee surveys
