Job Description

· Daily administration of Investec/ AOS Funds/ Offshore Funds
· Monthly trailer fee collection and allocations down to broker level
· Process all front-office FX and client orders
· Assist with Investec offshore fund administration
· Assist with other duties in the team when required
· Monthly/ weekly Reconciliations
· Responsible for updating of monthly fund price info/ feeds into the BDA system

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
· Good communication skills
· BDA knowledge
· Ability to work extended hours if required
· Degree/ Diploma strong advantage
· Experience in accounting and Fund Administration
