Job Description:
General PA duties: diary management, filing, screening calls, preparation of presentations, typing & formatting of various documents (Word & PowerPoint mainly), managing emails, travel arrangements, arranging external offsites & strategy sessions
Core competencies
High computer literacy – strong in Word, Powerpoint and Outlook (basic knowledge of Excel an advantage)
· Strong typing skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to organise and prioritise
· Ability to interact with clients at a senior level
· Ability to handle confidentiality
· Be able to resolve problems
· Ability to work within a team environment in a quickly moving division
· Relevant Secretarial Qualification
· Tertiary Qualification advantage
· Minimum 7 Years relevant working experience as a Personal Assistant supporting management
