JUDGE’S SECRETARY REF NO: 14/113/FS
SALARY : R183 438 – R216 084 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to
sign a performance agreement.
CENTRE : High Court, Bloemfontein

 

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 plus 3 years experience or second year registered Law Student;
Proficiency in English. Working knowledge of Afrikaans will be an added
advantage. Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy (MS Office); Good
communication skills (written and verbal); Administration and organizing skills. A
valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.

 

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Answering of incoming calls and outgoing calls on
behalf of the Judge. Manage and type correspondence for the
Judge. Arrange and diarize appointments and meetings, official visits, make travel
and accommodation arrangements. Update files, documents and provide copies
of documents to the Registrar. Arrange receptions for the Judge, his / her visitors
and attend to their needs. Manage secretarial and other related duties in the
office.
