Motor dealership in the Southern Suburbs requires a Junior Admin Clerk to join their successful team.

Main purpose of the job:  Debtors, Creditors, General Admin duties

Required outputs:                                                              

  • Receipt and Allocation of Payments
  • Follow up on Outstanding Debtors
  • Liaising with F&I
  • Calculating DIC on remittance
  • Posting on Kerridge
  • Creditors
  • Extracting vehicle payments from Bank Statements
  • Liaising with External Clients
  • Filing
  • General Admin Duties

Qualifications / literacy level / numeracy level:

  • Kerridge Knowledge
  • Proficiency MS Excel, MS Word
  • Driver’s Licence
