Position Title: Project Manager – Construction Project Manager
(Requisition not eligible for employee referral fee.)

Position Description
KBR is seeking a(n) Project Manager – Construction Project Manager to join its team in a direct hire capacity with significant travel to the Kenya (Europe-Middle East-Africa region).

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manage the overall construction management effort on a medium sized US Embassy project. This is to include planning, scheduling, managing the quality and safety of all work.
Manage multiple subcontractors including international subcontractors.
Interact with multiple US Government representatives including Department of State engineering and construction managers, Embassy staff including security, operations, maintenance, and general services.

Qualifications
Requirements
US Government Security Clearance at the SECRET level is an absolute must have.
Prior management experience on US Embassy construction projects, with an emphasis on physical and technical security systems.
Ability to deploy to remote, austere locations for up to one year.
10 years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager on projects utilizing multiple subcontractors.
Interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively with US Embassy leadership and staff.
