Compuscan, a registered credit bureau that is based in Stellenbosch, has various learnership positions immediately available.
This one year SETA funded learnership is for unemployed learners whom want to have a career within the education, training and development fields and perform the roles of training coordinators, entry-level trainers, junior training officers and training administrators.

Administrative Assistant
Consumer Care Agents / Customer Service Consultants
Legal Administrator

Key Performance Areas

Administrative Assistant Duties:

Assist with training coordination and scheduling
Filing and record keeping including data capturing
Preparation and distribution of training material
Deal or provide support to learners (as and when required)
Assist with tracking, monitoring and preparation of learner assessment for marking and moderation
Assist with learner certification

Consumer Care Agents/Customer Service Consultants Duties:

Providing a single point of contact to consumers to log disputes and access their credit reports (including data capturing)
Providing accurate information and support to consumers
Handle incoming calls, emails or any electronic media from customers (as and when required)
Attending to daily/weekly administrative reports and supplying feedback

Legal Administrator Duties:

Filing/record management – the candidate need to be organised and willing to get job done
Maintaining contract repository
Following up on contract signature process
Data capturing
Legal record keeping
Updating files
General miscellaneous admin tasks around the office and within a team and provide the team with administrative assistance
Research; the legal team may request legal administrators to carry out research
Diarise and book meetings and coordinate meetings, teleconference, and video conferences

Requirements

Grade 12 Certificate with Mathematics, English and another South African Language
Computer literate – able to use MS Excel, Word, PPT and E-Mail/Internet
Unemployed
2 years’ prior work experience beneficial
Strong interest in education, training and development and/or human resources development

Key Competencies

Administration skills beneficial
Good communication skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work under pressure
Good attention to detail
