One hundred and ninety actuarial staff members, of whom 70 are Fellows of the Actuarial Society of South Africa (ASSA) are currently employed.

Ongoing support, in the form of further study opportunities, the arranging of actuarial conferences and administrative support is provided by the company’s Actuarial Development Programme.

We have actuarial staff members from graduate level to Executive Directors working in areas ranging from traditional life insurance and pensions, to banking and finance roles.

Functions include product development, health, asset management, pensions, consultancy and financial solutions.
