Salary: R495 603 – R 583 800 p.a. inclusive of benefits

Candidates should hold a B degree or a 3 year tertiary qualification coupled with 1-2 years management
experience; Knowledge of SASSA’s Constitutional mandate and relevant policies and legislation;
Computer literacy and a valid driver’s licence are essential.
The incumbent will manage and ensure the effective rendering of recruitment services; Develop and
implement recruitment policies; Provide advice on recruitment and selection; Manage and ensure
effective rendering of services on recruitment, remunerative work, acting allowances, lateral and cross
transfers, secondments and awarding of higher notches; Provide leadership and manage resources in the
section.
