Job Description Summary:
McCain Foods (SA) offers a year of work experience, learning and development to a young, recently qualified graduate. As a Graduate Trainee, you will learn and gain experience in the world of food sales, and you will be exposed to various areas of the business, to ensure that you develop your skills as a valuable member of our sales and marketing team.

During the year you will be trained on Business Etiquette, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal and Leadership Skills. You will also learn about food service and retail sales, sales negotiations, understanding customer requirements, you will be visiting distributors and end users and you will be exposed to product displays, trade shows and promotions.

Job Requirements:
If you hold a tertiary qualification, preferably a B.Com degree, in sales / marketing or a BSc Consumer Science, if you are younger than 25 years, with excellent academic results, a “can do spirit”, energy, a drive to achieve and exposure to leadership roles, you are the ideal candidate for this excellent development opportunity.
