* Designed & maintained maintenance processes and specifications for the division
* Designed & maintained maintenance systems and reporting
* Implemented and monitored maintenance compliance
* Designed and directed maintenance skills and capacity development (training plan) for the division

Required Experience

– 8 years relevant experience including:
– Knowledge of production (bakery or simular) technology and processes
– Experience of research methodology and feasability studies
– Experience in delivering training for technical staff
– Experience in the management of people
– Ability to communicate across a broad range of technical disciplines
– Project management experience
– Relevant SAP Experience
– Knowledge and experience in preventative maintenace systems

Qualifications

Relevant Graduate Degree (Mechanical Engineering)
Primary Objectives of the Position Undertakes projects in the appropriate engineering discipline. Recommends changes to methods, specifications, or policies as appropriate. Engineering graduate. Normally reports to Funct Mang
