Job description:
Conducting plant inspections and machine audits, with the objective of creating and securing business opportunities for the ETO product lines, which are Grinding, Bulk Materials Handling, Pyro and Process Equipment.
Adhere to all legal requirements and regulations whilst on site.
Maintain a high level of environmental responsibility;
Manage the relationship between Metso and customer to the benefit of both companies;
Working closely with the ETO Product Managers and the ETO Product Support Manager, to maximise the business opportunities.
Working closely with the market area sales teams to maximise opportunities and sales.
Working closely with FSE management, to ensure all relevant site work is carried out effectively, and to the correct standards.
Ensuring that professional sales proposals are delivered to the customer’s on time.
Promote LCS ( Life Cycle Service ) opportunities.
Report to the General Manager – ETO Southern Africa
Positively manage the relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Work closely with the ETO execution department, following contract award.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum ND or BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
Computer literate.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar industry.
Valid passenger car driver’s license
Operations/Plant knowledge.
Solid Technical knowledge of ETO products and their applications.
Customer relationship management skills.
