Job’s Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to partner with Subsidiary/Country finance, business , HR and LCA leaders by providing strategic support in the execution of preventative , detective and supportive internal controls and related processes in field operations and cooperate with several Area and Corporate groups including MEA and SMSG Finance, LCA, Business Desk, FCG, Corporate Accounting, WWLP, Corporate Services, Internal Audit Services, Financial Integrity Unit, Corporate Office of Legal Compliance Director, Corporate Security and with European Operation Center (EOC) for the implementation of MEA Controls and Compliance Framework, programs and initiatives in order to improve the effectiveness of internal controls and processes around sales deal executions, channel partner management, , marketing & privacy, anti-corruption, services, procurement & spend management, HR, Financial management reporting and entity level controls accross the all WECA sales locations to help and ensure these activities are in line with corporate policies and guidelines.

Core Job Responsibilities: The scope of WECA CC Manager role includes various activities in all WECA sales locations, European Operation Center and other MS organizations/entities at MEA and Corporate level for the implementation of MEA Controls and Compliance Framework, programs and initiatives in order to improve the effectiveness of internal controls and processes to ensure these activities are in line with corporate policies and guidelines. To achieve these objectives, below are identified as the primary focus areas:
Interface with WECA sales locations , MEA Area , EOC, LCA, Business Desk and Corporate Groups to execute preventative , detective and supportive internal controls and related processess in line with MEA Controls and Compliance Framework, programs and initiatives

Understand non-standard sales deals and provide support to help ensure deals are processed in line with MSFT policies, guidelines and standard business practices

Lead collaboration efforts with EOC, LCA, Business Desk, FCG, Corporate Accounting and WW SMSG to improve Revenue Recognition controls to make sure the totality of the complete deals and volume licensing agreements
Monitor Large Cross-period credits/re-bills in Volume Licensing Agreements (i.e. EA and Select) and high frequency of OPEN, OEM and FPP Licensing returns after days limit and ensure the implementation of preventative and detective internal controls

Facilitate and develop specific communication/education programs to WECA sales locations regarding compliant business practices targeting both finance controllers and business partners (i.e. customer facing sales and marketing employees)
Make sure the implemenetation of a monthly/quarterly smooth rhythm of control (R of C) process with WECA Sales locations, sync up with MEA, WW SMSG C&C team for continuous improvement and enhancement of the R of C initiative
Lead remediation and process improvement efforts to close out internal/external audit issues and drive ongoing communication and education on recurring, common issues
Provide direct support to WECA sales locations to ensure s 302 responses are clear and appropriate, monitor and enforce section 404 requirements in scope subsidiaries
Support Subsidiary Controller, HR and LCA to help ensure Area Compliance Committee functions properly
Corrdinate Subsidiary Control Assessment (SCA) ; hands on training, manage and perform self assessment in WECA sales locations , work on the remediation actions for the reported control deficiencies
Anti Corruption Policy Compliance; hands on training in all WECA Locations, manage policy compliance , make sure MEA Anti Corruption procudure is followed, dues diligence for the vendors together with GPG, collaboration with LCA for the review of Public Sector Sales Consultants, Lobbiest and they are in line with Policy requirements

Qualifications / Requirements:
6 – 8 years of demonstrated work experience in managing teams, business management, the computer industry, sales & support organizations , information systems and software support and implementation and/or associated disciplines
Strong and broad array of Microsoft success factors with keen demonstrated strengths on: a) strategic leadership/thinking skills, b) broad experience in managing and developing organizations, c) strong evidence on ability to build highly effective interpersonal relationships in business partnership situations, d) capacity to develop productive teams across organizations inspiring accomplishment, e) result driven and f) unquestionable integrity and trustworthiness
Background and experience in IT industry, Global Software industry and/or Sales & Marketing is highly desired
Operations, IT, Customer Service, Finance, Audit or Support Role to Sales & Marketing background is highly desired
Strong management skills and a demonstrated ability to drive the effective implementation of procedures and policies to support operational business requirements across regional and organizational boundaries
A demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written), establishes trust quickly, and creates win-win situations
Experience in working in multiple organizations with emphasis on communicating and decision making with demonstrated ability to work under pressure. Must be motivated by interdependency
International business and systems experience with an emphasis on Finance and Sales Support is desired
Team player must have ability to manage cross group and cross country boundaries
Ability to travel
