Who Can Apply?

In order to qualify for the MACH scheme, you must

Be a final year student of an IT-related degree (2009 graduates will also be eligible)
Be able to demonstrate a passion for technology
Speak and write fluent English and country specific language if applicable
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
Be a strategic thinker
Be able to balance individual creativity with working as a team
Have a high degree of customer focus

What is the scope of work for a consultant in services?

The Consultant in Microsoft Services delivers technical solutions to customers allowing them to maximize their investment in Microsoft technology. Building upon solid IT project experience relative to their level, these consultants will work with Microsoft’s partners to assist customers in:

• The delivery of high quality engagements around Microsoft’s solution areas, technologies and products in diverse client environments.
• Stabilizing developed solutions using Microsoft methodologies in complex customer environments.
• The design and development of integrated solutions using the latest Microsoft products and technologies.
• Understanding the relevant application development, infrastructure and operations implications of the developed solution.
