Monitoring and Evaluation Auditors 6 Vacancies

Requirements:  

Post Matriculation Qualification,

Basic Project Management skills,

Computer Literacy,

Report writing skills.
Duties:  

Conduct regular M$E audits as planned in the DGMAH M&E Matrix and as merited by the urgency of the situation and mandated by Supervisor.

Write reports of the outcome of the auditors taken.

Work with Departments and units to correct discrepancies emanating from audits conducted and information collected.

Ensure regular receipt of correct and quality data for the compilation of an M7E Report.

Regular follow-up on non-submission of M&E and Health information Data.

Maintain electronic and manual records of all information.

Manage own work and identify own development needs.

Escalate changes to Supervisor.

Perform duties and functions assigned or delegated by the M&E Manager and Senior Management.

Update all M&E information within the hospital.
