Job description
•Maintain MWEB’s position as the leading ISP in South Africa using alladvertising techniques at your disposal
•Work in partnership with creative and media buying agencies to devise and execute ATL media plans in order to reach business targets
•Successfully manage budget for ATL, including regular reconciliations of ongoing costs against budget
•Manage approval process for ad campaigns and ensuring they are compliant
•Ensure cutting edge creativity to maintain brand positioning
•Manage key relationships
•Develop and maintain relationships with all internal and external agencies
•Be aware of and comply on an ongoing basis with the rules and requirements of the CPA, ASA and any other legal / regulatory / risk management frameworks

Job Requirements
•Three year qualification – Marketing Degree or Diploma
•Excellent communication skills at all levels
•Highly computer literate
•Previous experience in Internet and / or Marketing department in an ATL role
•At least five+ years experience in an ATL, BTL and Online environment, of which three years are of a Brand Manager’s role
•Experience working in a corporate marketing environment
•Previous experience working with advertising agencies including media
•Knowledge of ATL media and creative development processes
•Experience of managing ATL campaigns
•Experience of working with external media and creative agencies as well as the ability to drive the very best results from these partners
•Experience of managing significant budgets
