Job Description
Managing the regional sales office and staff
Gaining market intelligence and actively seeking market opportunities to grow Nampak Glass’s share in desired market segments
Negotiating pricing and contracts with customers
Attainment and measurement of sales targets
Development of the sales operations plan and monthly forecasts
Facilitating the resolution of constraints to ensure optimal supply to customers
Job Requirements
Have good experience and established relationships in the wine industry
A relevant sales management qualification
Have extensive packaging sales experience of which at least a substantial proportion been at an account management level
Have exposure to supply chain management and JDE
Proven ability in problem solving and analytic skills to interpret sales performance and market trends information
Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation & people management skills
