REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. At least 3 years
relevant experience. Knowledge of supply chain management and finance
procedures. Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act and Public
Service Act. General office management skills. Good planning and administrative
skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literacy in MS
Office. A valid code 8 driver’s license.

DUTIES : Process S & T claims, payment advances and advices. Inventory and asset
administration. Assist in the monitoring of the regional office budget and
expenditure. Handle logistical arrangement and procurement requests for
Regional Offices.
