REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum of three
years relevant experience. Experience in working on PERSAL and BAS.
Knowledge of supply chain management and finance procedures. In-depth
knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations and
its application. Sound accounting skills. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills, innovative and proactive. Decisive under pressure and
solution orientated. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Strong organising and
management skills. Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

DUTIES : Perform all accounting and financial operations for the region. Compile and
monitor budget. Prepare and submit financial reports as per proper financial
management system. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Liase
with customers, stake holders and suppliers.
