Nedbank is always looking for Contact Centre agents for our young and vibey Contact Centre environment. You will be required to deliver World Class Service, either in answering general telephonic enquiries or converting database/telephonic leads into sales.

Ideal candidates should have the following attributes:
• Clear credit/criminal and REDS history
• Minimum 12 months customer service or outbound call centre (sales) experience
• FAIS accredited for outbound sales
• Matric certificate
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Successful candidates can be based in either Durban or Johannesburg
