Neotel South Africa is seeking for suitable individuals to fill in for Field Services Team Lead – Reward Level 16  162/2010/04

Key responsibilities

• Resource management.
• Scheduling of work.
• Field services workflow management.
• Field services administration.
• Responsible for the maintenance, installation and fault repairs of all Wireless Access Technologies, CDMA and WiMax associated equipment at a high technology level.
• Liaise with section staff in problem-solving.
• Training and technical support to sub-ordinates
• Responsible for the performance of all networks. (MTTR, MTTI, etc.)
• Responsible for co-ordination between service providers and customers.
• Responsible for minor project management.
• Supervise and assist sub-ordinates with maintenance, installation and commissioning of all telecommunication infrastructure

Requirements, Experience and Attributes

The ideal candidate for this post should have the following:

Qualification and Skills:

T3 / S4 qualification or equivalent

Experience:

Relevant skills as indicated above and sound telecommunication technology knowledge especially in Wireless technologies.

Sound technical background in all fields of telecommunication at a high technology level

Exposure to resource management
