Neotel South Africa is seeking for suitable individuals to fill in for Manager Wireless Access Planning and Optimization – Reward Level 18

Key responsibilities

• Resource management.
• Scheduling of work and responsibilities of planners and network optimizers
• Workflow management.
• General administration of planning area plus tools.
• Liaise with section staff in problem-solving.
• Training and technical support to sub-ordinates.
• Liaison with stake holders to obtain planning inputs and ensure that plans meets the requirements.
• Liaison with project management section to ensure delivery of projects in time.
• Liaison with site acquisition team to ensure that sites are acquired on correct position and on time.
• Produce master plans for all technologies under control.
• Vendor liaison and PO managements

Requirements, Experience and Attributes

The ideal candidate for this post should have the following:

Qualification and Skills:

Telecommunications engineering qualification

Experience:

Relevant qualifications in Telecommunications engineering.

5 -7 years experience in the Telecommunications industry especially wireless access planning& optimization.

Team Leadership experience
