Oasis Crescent Property Fund is a close ended equity mutual fund launched and managed by Oasis Crescent Property Fund Managers Limited. It invests in public equity markets. The fund invests in companies operating across property sector commercial, industrial, and retail properties. Oasis Crescent Property Fund was formed on November 2, 2005 and is domiciled in South Africa.

Job Description:

Quantitative Financial analysis of listed securities.
Identify the trend in the global and local economic and market conditions using mathematical projections.
Application of financial modeling to identify undervalued securities across local and global market.
Ability to write reports which articulates the outcome of the quantative methods applied. Manage quantitative analysis process for global listed securities.
Oversight over performance reporting function.
Person requirements Excellent Numerical or accounting skills

Strong and consistence academic records.
Ability to use Bloomberg,
Advance Excel and Basic Programming Skills.
Degree requirements BSc / MSc (Financial Mathematics)
B.Bus Sci/B.Sci (Actuarial Science / Quantitative Finance/ Accounting)
