Regional Trainer

Overall purpose of the role:

The mentor to a team of trainers who deliver ongoing training and operational support to existing franchise stores. Facilitation of management training workshops, implementation of training plans and induction for new joiners of the Franchisor and the Franchisee.

Desired Skills & Experience

Desired Skills:

• Management skills – Role entails managing a team of at least 5 people
• Project management skills and successful conclusion of projects
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Organised individual with strong administrative skills
• Strong Financial Acumen
• Good presentation and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Ideal of 5 years in a similar role

Educational Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree/Certificate/Diploma in training facilitation and/or hospitality studies
• Driver’s License
