Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, have own vehicle with a valid drivers licence and meet the following criteria:


  • Minimum qualification: Matric
  • Minimum of 5 years office management or relevant people management experience in a client facing role/ environment
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving/ trouble shooting ability
  • Good time management with a sense of urgency
  • Hard working and shows loads of INITIATIVE
  • Ability to organise functions and corporate catering
  • Ability to manage the in-house crèche
  • Good computer literacy skills including good working knowledge of MS Office, Internet and MS Outlook
  • Highly presentable and well groomed
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good understanding of the budgeting process and ability to draw up, maintain and motivate for a yearly budget
  • Exposure to office moves and construction advantageous
