OFM South Africa Recruits Online Project Specialist

The following position has arisen within Seyalemoya Communications (Pty) Ltd t/a OFM.

JOB TITLE: ONLINE PROJECT SPECIALIST
BUSINESS UNIT: OFM Digital Platforms
REPORTING TO: New Media Manager
EDUCATION: Relevant Tertiary Qualification
EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of project management and administration; preferably in IT or web design environment.

BRIEF JOB DESRCIPTION:
Compile a comprehensive project plan for each online project.
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects and scope and apply changes where necessary.
Enforce project standards.
Manage risk on different projects.
Ensure project administration is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Ad serving: Managing and reporting.
Manage online inventory for all online platforms.
Coordinate all National and Local online campaigns.
Report Google Analytics on all online platforms.
WOMF Moderation: Postings, as well as managing the team of moderators.
Responsible for all administration related to WOMF which includes:
adding content
creating profiles for clients
booking of online campaigns
managing inventory and graphic content
and ensure it is always online and working
Responsible for all business unit’s administrative work related to clients, which includes:
booking of online campaigns
billing
monitoring campaigns
proposals
keeping files up to date
post campaign feedback

Open X ad serving software
Different online advertising models
Booking and planning of an online campaign
Reporting of an online campaign
Post campaign feedback
Basic knowledge of web banners.
Knowledge of computers, internet, databases, spreadsheets and online banners.
Knowledge of MS-project.
Knowledge of Windows Internet technologies
