Qualifications Matric
Office Administration/Secreterial Diploma
Experience 2 years proven work experience – as a secretary to management,
1-2 years proven office administration experience
Duties To provide secretarial and administrative support to General Managers (at least 5 GM’s),
To ensure efficient planning and prioritizin of Managers’ diaries,
To provide a professional office support service,
To manage and coordinate all internal and external communication,
To ensure and maintain the neatness and professional image by liasing with respective or relevant parties that support this function,
To coordinate, procure and control the stationery and consumables within the department thereby ensuring timeous availability of resources and monitoring the use thereof,
To manage and coordinate all travel requests for the General Managers threby ensuring peace of mind and hassle free trips,
To plan and coordinate all functions and events within the GM’s realm of responsibilty.
