Minimum Requirements…
Matric certificate
Tertiary qualification is advantageous
WMS experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Supervisory role
Excellent customer relation skills
Knowledge of WH operations
SHERQ knowledge
Good Excel and MS Outlook experience
Attention to detail
Must be an organised person
Good communication skills

Job Specification…
Maintain healthy relationships with relevant clients
Ensure open channels of communication
Daily WH planning of receipts and despatches on WMS
Ensures that all operations/movement reports are communicated to the Facility Manager
Ensures that all clients are notified of damages and that the damaged stock is removed from site accordingly
Ensures that customer SLA’s are being managed and non-compliances communicated to relevant parties
Ensures that the correct information is supplied down to the operators
Prepare weekly activity reports
Deals with unexpected/ unplanned occurrences with minimum costs or loss of profit
Builds teamwork
Administration and documentation
Housekeeping and SHERQ
