Legal Assistant – legal qualification required Graduate Purpose of the Role: As part of Oracle’s graduate programme we are looking for someone to assist with providing legal advice on corporate law generally and IT law in particular. Providing assistant with regard to company secretarial matters. This will provide the graduate the opportunity to gain exposure and experience in these areas during the 12-month contract.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Negotiation, drafting and vetting all applicable transactional agreements, including license and services agreements, sale of business, loan, cession agreement. Provide support for commercial legal matters. License Management Services- business qualification required Role Purpose: To provide assistance to the MEA License Management Services team in performing objective customer software licence & compliance validations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is an entry-level position in LMS that assists with or performs limited scope license validations with Oracle partners/customers to provide licensing guidance & manage compliance risk while preserving the customer relationship. This will provide the graduate the opportunity to gain exposure and experience in these areas during the 12-month internship. Overview: · Reports to Licence Management Services (LMS) Manager or Team Leader. · Works as part of the regional LMS Group. · Works in assigned business segments. · Works to objectives set by LMS Manager. · Has no direct reports. · Works closely with LMS teamLicence, presales, finance, Oracle Direct, Support, ieBC, support sales, contract specialist, licence representatives, and business practices. Graduate PreSales Centre – technical qualification required (I.e. understanding of Java development & MiddleWare etc.) Role Purpose: It will involve working closely with Oracle Lines of Business, clients and partners, making sure their technical needs are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and deliver high quality customised Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate product feature and benefits of Oracle technology solutions. Install, configure and build Proof of Concepts of Oracle solutions in their expert solution areas. Design, validate and present Oracle software solutions, including advanced product concepts, future direction and 3rd party complimentary products.
