Job Description:
Essential Function
-Provide administrative and regulatory support to the Manager: Regulatory Affairs and Head of Project Management
Key Accountabilities
-Undertake the full range of duties pertaining to the required administrative and regulatory assistance and other work-related support within the Regulatory Affairs
-Prepare and maintain the necessary files and essential documentation for the Manager: Regulatory Affairs according to the appropriate company SOP and/or local SOPs
-Undertake allocated project tasks and any other responsibilities that may be assigned by Head Project Management
-Respect and maintain client confidentiality and work with integrity
-Be committed to quality
-To diligently comply to any reasonable or lawful instruction given by management
-Self Development via LMS according to core curricula

-Good verbal and written communication and other soft skills
-Ability to work independently
-Organised with attention to detail
-Ability to work according to disciplined procedures
-Self-motivated with a willingness to accept responsibility
-Client focused approach to work
-A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
-Computer skills: proficient in the use MS Word, Power Point and Outlook
-Ability to manage varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload
-Willingness to work in a matrix environment and value the importance of teamwork

Work Experience:
-Grade 12 or preferably studies in life-sciences or applicable tertiary education such as secretarial training

Language Skills
-English (speak, read, write, understand)

Minimum Work Experience
-6 months administrative work
