SALARY : R195 177 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Central Office, Johannesburg
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12/ Vocation/Level 4 Certificate or equivalent. 3 to 5 year’s relevant
experience. Qualification in Office Management will be an advantage. Knowledge
of advanced MS package (Powerpoint, MS Word and Excel) is essential.
Communication skill (written and verbal). Understanding of Public Policy and
legislative framework that governs Human Resource Development. Driver’s
license will be an added advantage.
DUTIES : Manage the office of the Director. Manage all correspondence in the Director
Office. Track outgoing mail for deadlines. Compile training manuals on behalf of
the Director Manage assets of the office at the Director. Filing and record keeping
of all activities in the office of the Director. Liaise with stakeholders of the
Directors office. Managing logistics in the office of the Director. Assist in the
management of the Directors Diary. Prepare for meetings of the office of the
Director. Perform any other duties as director. Supervise and training of
subordinates.
