PERSONNEL OFFICER
SALARY : R158 985 per annum (Salary Level 6)
CENTRE : Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification and at least one year
experience in a Human Resource environment. Core Competencies: HR
knowledge, planning and organising and good communication skills. Technical
Competencies: Personnel administration functions, Public Service Human
Resource policies, processes and systems, as well as computer literacy.

DUTIES : The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties: Provide
support in respect of recruitment and selection processes. Perform administrative
functions related to all Human Resource matters. Process documentation and
record keeping. Compile alphabetical lists of all applications received for internal
advertised posts.
