A high performing and well recognized recruitment business in the East Rand, is looking for a veteran Recruitment consultant with exceptional understanding of the banking & Financial Services or IT recruitment world

Minimum Requirements

The perfect profile is one that has to have done external agency recruitment in either IT/Finance or Engineering and achieved dazzling results. This is not an internal nor HR Role- only people with agency experience will be considered

You need to posses telephone bravery and have a charming and non defeating attitude at the best of times

You need to have worked in an agency environment where you will know what a cost of desk, targets are and of course exceeding these targets every month.

The kind of person would need to have experienced relative success in recruitment and want to surpass this experience.

Job Specification

A high performing and well recognized recruitment business in the East Rand, is looking for a veteran Recruitment consultant with exceptional understanding of the banking & Financial Services or IT recruitment world.

Among your daily tasks will be networking and building your client database in the FS world, deal making and opening up new business ventures through cold calling and/or warm leads

It’s an environment where you will need to work within a team but also boldly work the desk to its maximum potential.

You need to posses telephone bravery and have a charming and non defeating attitude at the best of times.

Pliability and tenacity will prevail when you have those days when you lose a deal and need to replace this to reach your target.

You need to have worked in an agency environment where you will know what a cost of desk, targets are and of course exceeding these targets every month.

The additional benefit is that each month on top of your basic you will receive commission after reaching your threshold.
