As mentioned the candidate will need to hit the phones immediately and focus on high level positions.

The role is a full function recruitment consultant that will include cold calling, client development, sourcing of candidates and interviews.

Job Requirements:

– Matric
– 2 years minimum recruitment expereince
– Hunter profile
– New business development
– Proven track record including billings
– Interpersonal skills
