As mentioned the candidate will need to hit the phones immediately and focus on high level positions.

The role is a full function recruitment consultant that will include cold calling, client development, sourcing of candidates and interviews.
Job Requirements:
- Matric
- 2 years minimum recruitment expereince
- Hunter profile
- New business development
- Proven track record including billings
- Interpersonal skills
