To fulfill the role as a senior resource and to take the lead on projects on a consultating basis.
Job Requirements
Typical responsibilities of a Process Specialist:
• Initiating Projects, by establishing project requirement, objectives and deliverables
• Planning Projects activities, tasks, scope, scheduling, budgeting, co-ordination of resources
• Implementing and controlling projects
• Formally closing projects
• Managing client’s expectations
• Managing project problems and conflict
• Taking accountability of projects
• Leading and directing teams
Requirements:
• B.Eng or B.Com
• 7 plus years Process experience
• 3 plus years Financial Services experience
• 3 plus years Consulting experience
Personal attributes:

• Self motivated
• High attention to detail
• Customer orientated
• Team player
