Cummins Inc. is offering a Project Management Graduate Development Opportunity in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project management triangle, which are cost, time, scope, and quality.

This graduate will mainly help with project planning with internal stakeholders to develop scope, schedule and resource plans. Monitor and communicate project status with project team and executive staff. Guide and coach core team lane leaders through the various gates of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keep commitments to deliver the requested material on time, to the correct location, and with the proper quantity.
Establish and maintain world-class Lead-Times.
Comply with applicable Cummins specifications for packaging, labeling, storage, shipping, tracking and containerization.
Use Cummins preferred transportation providers.
Use e-commerce for planning, ordering, shipping, and invoicing.

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Ability to learn, analyze, and understand business and technical processes.

Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, presentation) to all levels of the organization.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Effective team work and multi-tasking skills a must.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors or Masters degree in or Major in Project Management.
