SALARY : R516 345 per annum (Construction Project Manager)
R 444 921 per annum (Candidate Project Manager)
CENTRE : Midlands Regional Office
REQUIREMENTS : Candidate Project Manager. An appropriate, accredited National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in technical/built environment plus a certificate in Project Management recognised by the SACPCMP. Registered with the SACPCMP as a Candidate Construction Project Manager. Computer literacy. A valid driver’s licence(minimum).Candidate Project Managers outside public service will be appointed on contract. Construction Project Manager: An appropriate, accredited National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/built environment plus a certificate in Project Management recognised by the South African Council of the Project and Construction Management Professions(SACPCMP). A minimum of three year’s relevant project management experience. Registered with the SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Management. Computer literacy. A valid driver’s licence(minimum B) Recommendation: Good knowledge of relevant prescripts.
DUTIES : Manage and monitor the progress on site. Monitor and control the scope, time and cost of projects .Projects. Project Quality Control. Client Management. WIMS Management.
