1. Provisioning Administration Clerk
Salary Level : Level 5 = R 123 738 per annum (Appointment will be made
in terms of Public Service Act, 1994 (Act no 103 of 1994))
Section : Support Services: Supply Chain Management: Stationery Store4

POST REQUIREMENTS
*Be in possession of Senior Certificate (Grade 12);*Have a certificate in Supply Chain
Management/Public Administration/Public Management/Financial Management or related
fields; *Applicants in possession of a higher qualification in the specific field or who have
completed an internship/currently undergoing an internship in the Public Service may
receive preference;*Appropriate/relevant experience in the field of the post as well
competency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage.

CORE FUNCTIONS:
*Execute all functions related to the determining of annual needs in respect of stationary
store items. *Execute all functions related to the receiving, checking, recording,
safeguarding and issuing of stationary store items. *Execute all functions related to the
completion of official forms and registers when issuing stationery to clients. *Execute all
functions related to the conducting of monthly stocktaking exercises for all stationery items.
*Execute all functions related to the effective managing of labour saving devices such as
vacuum cleaners, polishing and shining machines and photocopier machines on a daily
basis. Execute all functions related to the disposal of redundant, obsolete and
unserviceable items in the stationery store.

 

2. Provisioning Administration Clerk

SHE Management and Facility Management

POST REQUIREMENTS
*Be in possession of Senior Certificate (Grade 12);*Have a certificate in Supply Chain
Management/Public Administration/Public Management/Financial Management or related
fields; *Applicants in possession of a higher qualification in the specific field or who have
completed an internship/currently undergoing an internship in the Public Service may
receive preference;*Appropriate/relevant experience in the field of the post as well
competency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage.

CORE FUNCTIONS:
*Assist with all functions related to the implementation of SHE Management in the
Division.*Assist with all functions related to facility management and day to day
maintenance and complaints in the Division.*Assist with administering of all inspections
and performance of relevant practices in the SHE and Facility Management Environment.*Assist with the changing of locks.*Assist with the safekeeping of duplicate office keys.*Assist with the opening of offices.*Assist with the coordination of fumigation of the building.
