Deliver influencer based communication programs to build P&G brands and P&G corporate brand. Leverage relationships with influencers, primarily media, to create advocacy for P&G brands and P&G corporate brand.
Develops and implements Public Relations programs and activities to support P&G brands in the region.
Develops and implements P&G corporate brand programs and activities to build and protect P&G Brand.
Build strong relationship with media journalists and key influencers for the brand
Develops thorough understanding of the market specifics in the region, including consumers, stakeholders’ insight and knowledge, as well as competitive intelligence.
Works to bring the “outside knowledge and expertise” in the Company, by being in contact with external influencers.
Assists in providing compliance with the consumer regulation for consumer brand promotions in South Africa.
Coordinates and supervises the activity of PR Agencies working for P&G.
Supports the capability building of the local organization in the region, by enabling their understanding of the external market and PR activities.
Interacts internally with the local Marketing Organization, Consumer Market Knowledge, with the Global Business Units Product Development, Professional Safety and Regulatory Affairs, with the CEEMEA Communication network.
Works externally with the PR agencies, media, key stakeholders (celebrities, professionals, etc.), local authorities
Key Job Responsibilities:
Establishes and leads Integrated Public Relations activities on specific brands and P&G brand across the SA.
Build strong relationship with media journalists and key influencers for the brand.
Builds the capability of the local organization.
Job Holder Qualities:
Experience in Corporate and PR communications is essential.

· Minimum of a University Bachelors Degree
· Strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication.
· Good command of the English
