SALARY : an inclusive Remuneration Package of R 444 921.00 (Depending on years of experience
post professional registration)
CENTRE : Head Office, Pietermaritzburg

REQUIREMENTS : University Degree in Quantity surveying. Registration with SACQSP. Valid Driver’s
licence. Computer literate. At least two years’ experience post registration as a
professional Quantity Surveyor.

DUTIES : Customise Functional and Technical Norms and Standards, Maintain cost norms and
standard library, Prepare Cash Flow projections, Develop Infrastructure policies,
strategies, plans and procedures. Prioritisation models and business cases, Prepare
User Asset Management Plan, Prepare operational Naratives and Accommodation
Schedules.
