To assist clients with any problems or queries relating to the Radio Retail system. The Helpdesk Operator must attempt to respond/resolve the issue or queries as soon as possible. It is also important for them to build good communication with each store
Responsibilities include:
• Incoming and outbound calls
• Service level monitoring
• Query and problem resolution
• Weekly reporting
• Any ad-hoc functions allocated
Requirements
Matric essential and two years experience as a Helpdesk Operator
Computer literacy
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to organise workloads in order to meet fluctuating volumes and work under pressure
Time management skills
Service level management
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good interpersonal communication skills
Good telephone etiquette
