RMB looks for top-tier graduates for various areas of the bank each year. Said individuals will be hired on to our Graduate Programme, starting January of each year. If you are interested in Finance, Research, Trading, Corporate Finance, Equities, Trading and or IT, you will find an area of RMB that suits your backround and skill-set.

Whilst on the Graduate Programme you are able to rotate through different areas of RMB gaining exposure and building a skill set. You receive mentoring and on-going training and development, enabling you to move into a transacting role upon completion of the grad programme.

Person requirements Strong academic track record; exceptional numeracy and problem-solving acument; self confidence and determination to succeed; motivated; good communication skills.
Degree requirements Honours Degree in the relevant disciplines: B.Bus. Sci., Actuarial, Math, Stats, Finance, FAPM, Economics as well as in Information Systems and Computer Science.
