RECEPTIONIST
SALARY : R123 738 per annum, Level 05
CENTRE : Pretoria (Head Office)

REQUIREMENTS : A Senior certificate coupled with 1-2 years’ experience PLUS the following key
competencies: Knowledge of the structure and general function of the
department. knowledge of the functions of the register. knowledge of Department
of Energy access control procedure. Skills: Good interpersonal skills. Good
communication skills. Good administration skills, Good organisation skills. Basic
computer skills. Thinking Demand: Decision making. Being able to make

DUTIES : Receive visitors. observe and report any unusual or suspicious person or
activities. attend to enquiries from external visitors and departmental clients.
ensure that pamphlets and brochures are visible
