Minimum Requirements
• Qualification
BSc Engineering Discipline or
B Tech or National High Diploma or
National Diploma (S4/T3) or
National Diploma (N6)

• Experience 
BSc Engineering Discipline plus 5 years related experience or
B Tech or National High Diploma plus 6 years related experience or
National Diploma (S4/T3) plus 7 years related experience or
National Diploma (N6) plus 8 years related experience

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge
Excellent knowledge of construction practices including the management of contractors
Safety,health,Environmental and quality knowledge
Project Management

• Skills 
General Management skill (planning,leading,organising and controlling)
Strategic, analytical and problem solving skills
Financial/Business Analysis skills
