Redefine Learnership Programme

Redefine is looking for candidates who have not participated in any Learnership programme opportunities and hold the required minimum qualifications.

The recruitment process for prospective candidates is intensive and designed to screen and select high calibre individuals who would benefit from this career-boosting opportunity.

If you have a positive outlook, a strong desire for learning and self-improvement then you are the person we are looking for to join the people team.

Learners will have the opportunity to work while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration.

It comprises structured learning at NQF levels 2 and 4 combined with practical on-the-job training across all facets of the business including; Property Management and Administration, Utilities, Call Centre, Facilities, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Finance, Legal, Marketing and IT.

This one year workplace readiness programme was developed to bridge the gap between academic studies and the working environment with the aim to equip learners with the skills required to enable gainful employment.

To qualify for this programme a completed Grade 12 certificate is required
