REQUIREMENTS : Grade 10. Basic knowledge of filing system and procedures. 1 year experience in
the record Management /registry environment. Skills and Competencies Basic
filing, mail administration, basic planning and organizing skills.
DUTIES : Open files according to file plan. File documents in respective files. Retrieve files
and documents on request. Maintain record of files and documents retrieved.
Maintain file indexing system. Re-organize files as required. Update file covers.
Dispose old files identified. Records received mail. Frank outgoing mail. Register
official mail as required.
